Administrative Assistant in Nestlé (w/m/x) 100% 5-6 month mission

As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide high quality & proactive support to a strategic department.

As an Administrative Assistant, your role will be to:

Support a variety of administrative activities specific to your working area and be the 1st contact for all orientation needs
Responsible for managing and updating the relevant outlook distribution lists according to the team/LM needs
Responsible for editing reports, reviews and presentations for team members
Review operating practices and procedures to determine whether improvements can be made in areas such as workflow, reporting procedures, or expenditure and conduct appropriate changes.
Handle routine correspondence, short notes or other documents, using word processing, spreadsheets, database or presentation software
Prepare and communicate meeting agendas. Organize meeting rooms accordingly for participants.
Organize logistic and set up external or internal workshops / events / seminars.
Prepare and follow up of expenses reports.
Create and track P2P process (PR/PO/SES).

Excellent stakeholder management, and organization skills; lean communication & interpersonal skills
Strong attention to details and capacity to work within tight deadlines and multitask

Service-oriented, open-minded and problem solver
Experience working with collaborative tools: MS Teams, Zoom etc.
ISIT savvy, very good command of Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint), SAP & Concur
Fluency in English
