Analytical Chemist in Basel

We are seeking a highly skilled Scientist to perform and document scientific experiments related to drug substances (DS) and drug products (DP) within a GMP-compliant laboratory environment. The role involves working closely with multifunctional project teams to ensure the successful execution of analytical method development, validation, and stability testing.

Main responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and document scientific experiments for DS/DP analysis, including analytical method development, validation, and stability/release testing, while adhering to quality standards (GMP/GLP).
Maintain and manage laboratory instruments, ensuring calibration, maintenance, and proper documentation in systems like LIMS.
Proactively handle deviations, OOX, SST failures, and implement improvements while collaborating with multifunctional project teams to achieve organizational goals.

Must-haves:

Bachelors/Masters in Life Sciences (e.g., analytical/organic chemistry, pharmacy, or pharmaceutical development).
Minimum of 3+ years in a GMP-regulated environment, with proficiency in analytical methods, regulatory expectations, and quality compliance.
Strong communication, scientific/technical writing, and problem-solving abilities with fluency in English.
Strong documentation, communication, and scientific problem-solving abilities with proficiency in English.
