Traiter des questions de droit commercial avec une approche transversale, couvrant notamment le droit des sociétés (financements, M&A, restructurations, assainissements, etc.), les marchés des capitaux, les contrats complexes, les aspects réglementaires et les litiges commerciaux.
Travailler au sein du groupe national « Droit des sociétés et droit de l’Entreprise ; M&A ».
Gérer des dossiers complexes en matière de droit commercial et M&A, tout en contribuant à des initiatives dans ces domaines.
Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes internes et participer au développement des projets pour les clients.

Profil recherché

Master en droit suisse et brevet d’avocat suisse. Une formation complémentaire (LL.M.) et une expérience professionnelle à l’étranger sont des atouts.
Excellentes qualifications académiques et références.
Expérience significative d’au minimum 5 ans en droit commercial / M&A.
Maîtrise parfaite du français et de l’anglais, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit ; capacité à comprendre et à effectuer des recherches en allemand. D'autres langues sont un plus.
Intérêt marqué pour le monde des affaires et les activités liées au droit commercial et M&A.
Approche pragmatique, orientée résultats, et personnalité dynamique avec un excellent esprit d'équipe.
