First- und Second-Level Support für unsere Kunden ist dein Daily Business
Wartung und Pflege von Windows-Servern sowie Arbeitsplätzen
Hauptansprechpartner für IT-Fragen und technische Probleme
Unterstützung bei der Durchführung von IT-Projekten und Implementierung neuer Systeme
Verwaltung der Microsoft-Umgebung (Windows Server, Exchange, Windows 10)

Das bringst du mit:

Abgeschlossene Lehre zum Informatiker EFZ oder Quereinsteiger mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung
Berufserfahrung als System Administrator oder im IT-Support
Arbeitserfahrung im Microsoft Umfeld
Teamfähigkeit, Einsatzbereitschaft, Selbstständigkeit und Eigeninitiative zeichnen dich aus
Kunden- und dienstleistungsorientiertes Verhalten und gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild
Sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch
