Provide feedback and suggestions to improve processes related to daily operations
Engage in proactive communication with customers to ensure optimal order management and keep them consistently informed
Accurately validate and enter B2B customer orders or services, ensuring all relevant data is documented in the appropriate sales, billing, and CRM systems
Plan and coordinate smaller projects or sub-projects within the relevant business areas
