MES Engineer in Bern

Join a leading innovator in advanced technology solutions! Our client is transforming manufacturing operations with cutting edge systems and is looking for a highly motivated MES Engineer to support their latest projects in the high-tech industrial sector.

Your Role :

Implement and configure the MES system to optimize production processes.
Collaborate with shop floor teams to gather requirements and ensure smooth integration with production systems.
Support system testing, troubleshooting, and the Go Live phase to ensure seamless operation.
Assist in the post launch hyper care phase to ensure continuous process improvements.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that the system meets production needs and efficiency targets.

Your Skills :

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Software Engineering, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in MES system implementation (any), with knowledge of recipes, parameters, and routing
Basic knowledge of PLC systems (no advanced programming required).
Strong communication skills, with fluency in German (B2) and English (B2).
