Process Engineer in Zürich

Develop, optimize, and validate manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency, compliance, and product quality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, QA, Operations, and Maintenance) to implement process improvements and resolve technical challenges.
Perform process troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and corrective actions to address deviations and ensure process stability.
Lead process-related projects, including technology transfers, scale-ups, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Create and update process documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), process descriptions, and risk assessments.
Support commissioning, qualification, and validation activities for equipment and systems used in manufacturing processes.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate process performance and identify opportunities for optimization.
Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements, including GMP and ISO standards.
