For a telecommunications provider based in Opfikon, we are looking for a Product Owner for a temporary position, starting immediately or by agreement. The duration is 11 months, with a workload of 80-100%.

Was du bewegen kannst

Digitalize customer journeys (digital first approach) and improve user experience for digital brands
Definition of the long-term product vision, short term sprint goals, prioritizing the backlog and execute sprints to improve the user experience and conversion rate
Close collaboration and establishing of cooperative working relationships with various stakeholders across the business (Marketing, Product management, IT, Customer Service, Digital Hub)
Coordination and Synchronization of development teams (on-site and nearshore) to deliver high-value software
Execute Scrum with the team (Sprint Planning, Dailies, Review and Retrospectives)
Creation of detailed product specifications and acceptance criteria with following user acceptance testing
Data-based driven way of working, closely alignment with analytics, AB Testing and other data source stakeholders
Planning of product-releases and expectation setting for delivery of new functionalities and internal communication
Participation in Product Increment (PI) Planning, alignment with release project roadmap

Was du mitbringst

Completed a higher education degree in Computer Science, Information Technologies or equivalent experience
Experience in Software Development (JavaScript, TypeScript, Angular, HTML, CSS)
Track record in executing Agile methodologies (Scrum)
Ability to work independently and drive projects and change
Able to gather requirements, define the bigger picture and prioritize a product roadmap
Very good communication skills in English, German is an asset
