Unterstützung unserer Kunden bei der Entwicklung von zukunftsweisenden Architekturen, Geschäftsmodellen und IT-Strategien sowie bei der Implementierung von komplexen Unternehmensapplikationen im Bereich SAP.
Konzeption von HCM Lösungen im Rahmen von HR Transformationsprojekten
Du erstellst kundenindividuelle SAP Roadmaps und packst aktiv bei der Umsetzung der Projekte mit an
Du unterstützt die Evaluation neuer Technologien, die Entwicklung von Standards sowie die Realisierung von Prototypen im SAP Umfeld
Aktive Kommunikation und Koordination von Kundenanforderungen

Das bringst du mit:

3+ Jahre Berufserfahrung im Umfeld HR, HR-IT oder in einem Beratungsunternehmen
Fundierte Projekterfahrung im SAP Umfeld im Bereich HCM oder Successfactors
SAP Business Technology Platform, Hyperscaler und deren Architekturen sind dir vertraut
SAP Zertifizierungen sind von Vorteil
Ausgeprägte Präsentations- und Moderationsfähigkeiten
Sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch
