Underwriter Affinity / Extended Warranty – 27981 in Zürich

Key Duties ﴾including but not limited to﴿: Underwrite and administer existing affinity business, ensuring compliance with underwriting guidelines and company policies Proactively seek and acquire new affinity business opportunities, identifying potential partners and developing effective marketing strategies Build and maintain strong relationships with external parties, including insurance companies, brokers, and managing general agents ﴾MGAs﴿ Collaborate effectively with internal teams, such as accounting, controlling, and actuarial, to ensure smooth operations and accurate reporting Analyze underwriting results and identify areas for improvement, contributing to the overall profitability of the affinity business
Experience required: 3‐5 years of experience in affinity and scheme business underwriting in the ﴾re‐﴿ insurance industry, or with an automotive background Strong understanding of affinity insurance products and underwriting principles Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written Good command of English language is essential. A second language ﴾European or Asian﴿ is a distinct advantage
